Shipping Policy
Uncle Bob’s offers free shipping to all products that ship via standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Any item shipping to Canada/Alaska/Hawaii will be charged a flat shipping fee. Larger items that ship via LTL freight will be charged a flat shipping fee unless otherwise noted. Buyer is responsible to pay any additional shipping fees (such as a clearance fee), duties, and taxes.
Canadian Orders – Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (including GST/HST), and brokerage or handling fees charged by Canadian customs or the shipping carrier upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse delivery of a package due to these fees, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, no refund will be issued. We are unable to mark orders as “gifts” or declare lower values to avoid duties. We strongly recommend that Canadian customers review their country’s import policies before placing an order.
Return Policy
